1. Who we are
La Calabaza CatDance AI (lacalabazacatdanceal.lol) is an independent creative cat-dance concept. It is not affiliated with Pumpky, Lullcraft, YouTube creators referenced on the site, or any pet-photo app used as a visual reference.
2. Accounts
Account features may be enabled separately. The current launch experience does not require Google login to explore the site or enter the simulated queue.
3. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Weekly plans renew every week, and annual plans renew every year until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Simulated queue
The queue shown on this site is a launch experience. It does not create, process, or deliver a real video, image, or other media output.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or misrepresent an affiliation with a creator, platform, or rights holder.
6. Third-party names
La Calabaza, artist names, YouTube titles, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the public trend or external references.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site available, but it is provided “as is” and features may change while the product is being developed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you complete a purchase applies to that subscription period.
